Summary
Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Spine Clinic Physician Assistant to join our Olympia Medical Center (0.6 FTE) and Tacoma Medical Center team (0.4 FTE) in Olympia and Tacoma, Washington.
Core Components:
Clinic Based position with no call.
Outpatient clinic specialty focused on spine.
Consultative and Diagnostic treatment without management of pain medication.
Collaborative treatment alongside Family Medicine, Pain Management and Physical Therapy.
Dedicated desktop management and MA support.
Opportunity to learn injections in clinic from Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician.
Attending precept time to discuss cases with PM&R physician who is a great mentor, engaged, and excellent with patients.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, patient centered and can work together providing empathic quality care to these patients.
Olympia and Tacoma Medical Center are multispecialty medical centers with Surgery Center, Urgent Care, Lab, Radiology and Pharmacy on site. Office hours are 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday with Urgent Care open 24X7.

Compensation and Benefits
The entire salary range for this position is $128,173.00to $150,792.00and will be prorated based on FTE. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $128,173.00 to $143,252.00 based on factors such as education, training or experience.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, and disability insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, receive employer contributions to the 401(k) plan, and enroll in our cash balance pension plan. Employees will also receive four weeks of paid vacation leave every year and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will receive continuing medical education leave and funding.
