As an expansion of Summit Health's Primary Care Team, we are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to care for our growing population. This position will host a panel .

Responsibilities will include:

• Establishing Care for new or return patients
• Seeing Same-day patients
• Patient education
• Assisting with In-Basket Messages
• Being a key member of our team delivering quality care in our open access model
