We have 4 Urgent Care office locations in these markets, including: Kingston,Poughkeepsie/Columbia, Fishkill, & Rhinebeck. This opportunity will be based at our Kingston office location; however, an ideal candidate would be willing to occasionally provide support at any of the other offices listed when coverage is needed.

Collegial multispecialty group practice with a large referral base
Providing full spectrum Urgent Care for Pediatric & Adult patients, focusing on value-based care, and supported by a robust team of specialists [broad spectrum medicine]
Clinical Aptitude: Suture, I&D, Splinting, X-Ray Reading, Pediatrics & Adults, Occupational Medicine, Diagnostic and Lab Interpretations, Managing Infection and Wound Care
Full-time; Work-Life Balance; Flexible Scheduling
Local office hours are transitioning to 12-hr days as follows (effective Oct. '23):
Monday - Friday: 8:00a - 8:00p;
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00a - 5:00p
Full-Time requires 14 shifts per 4-week scheduling block (i.e., 13 blocks per year; average of 39 hours per week):
One to Two (2) required 9-hour weekend shifts per scheduling block (Sat and/or Sun)
Average patient load:
Goal/Target is average of 3 patients per hour (efficiency bonus awarded if average more than 3 patients per hour)

Autonomy to practice at the peak of your license
Supported to grow your practice and patient panel
Must be comfortable working independently but have Physician / APC support available at all times via phone
Primary Responsibilities:
Direct and manage a complete continuum of high-quality care within the care team.
Treat acute diseases and disorders, minor injuries, minor, procedures, ortho/splinting, interpretation of digital X-Ray's, physical examinations, and more.
Reviews patient file/record, including allergies, problems, medications, and immunization status.
Elicits and records information about patient's medical history.
Orders or executes various tests, analyses, and diagnostic images to provide information on patient's condition.
Analyzes reports and findings of tests and examination and diagnoses condition of patient.
Providers are supported to practice at the peak of their license

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program
Certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA or as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP
Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in the State of New York
Active and unrestricted DEA License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Must be CPR certified (or willing to obtain prior to start)
DOT certification (or ability to obtain within the first 60 days of employment)

New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $85,000 to $167,300 per year.
