The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Program Manager will drive the development, design, and implementation of initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture and enhance the ability to recruit, develop and retain a high-performing, diverse workforce. The DEI Program Manager is responsible for coordinating, communicating, and collaborating with leaders to ensure credible, high quality, and timely deliverables are provided across the portfolio of DEI programs and initiatives - Enabling a culture of belonging and continuous learning through the inception, design, implementation and delivering of programs, proposals, and tools
