Position details:

Physical Medicine & Rehab Medical Directorship of an established program.

Collaborate with a robust administrative and clinical support including PT, OT, Speech Pathology, case managers, a stable nursing staff, and a Hospitalist team.

Rehab program expanding from 6 to 12-beds.

Low volume practice and flexible scheduling provide opportunity to expand scope of practice based on the needs of the patients and on your training.

Well-established inpatient and outpatient referral base.

J1 and H1b Visa support available.

Compensation package includes a guaranteed base salary, a Medical Director Stipend, and production incentive bonuses.

Additional incentives include Sign On, Relocation, Student Loan Repayment, and training stipend

Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 31.5 days PTO, 5 days CME, up to $5,000 CME allowance, ST and LT disability, two retirement plans (401k with employer match and immediate vesting and 457b)
