Job SummaryReceives, screens and verifies proper court documentation regarding legal adoption process for the entire system. Secures data under birth identification needed for legal purposes. Gathers and processes all clinical documentation including paper and electronic formats of medical records regarding adopted patient records. Coordinates with all interface systems and all sites on what corrections should be made. Responsible for coordinating with Physicians importing external electronic , radiology images, and radiology interpretations into computer applications making the information available to the treatment team.
