JOB SUMMARY
The Vendor Performance Management Senior Director will establish and execute controls to accurately measure, dashboard, and link vendor performance to contracted delivery. The Senior Director will be responsible for the governance surrounding performance measurement and reporting processes and vendor/Conifer QBR, MBR, WBR touch points. This role will assist in capacity planning efforts in tandem with service lines, including future RFI/RFP requirements. Will work with existing BU performance management to consolidate and streamline existing performance measurements, reporting, identify and revamp of OSLs, PSLs and KPI metrics directly aligning accuracy of performance measure to contractual delivery requirements. This leader will assist in identifying vendor bench strength and contract pricing efficiencies, leveraging strategic sourcing and contracting departments. Maintain a healthy fact based performance relationship with vendors and conifer to achieve desired performance output.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assists in standing up weekly, monthly, and quarterly vendor performance reviews with vendor BU leads and ensures systems are standardized across all � e.g. tech enablement, quality assurance, capacity, rolling 90 day forecast
- Creates and maintains a Crisp Capture Dashboard that shows contractual commitments, PSLs, OSLs, and production metrics � shares this dashboard with the appropriate parties to facilitate performance conversations
- Leads vendor capacity planning efforts for Tier 1, 2 and 3 and conducts market assessments to proactively identify new vendors
- Collates requirements for vendor RFI/RFP into a centralized location and shares those requirements with the contracting team
- Creates governance structure for all VMO processes (e.g., approvals, PO, contracting, background checks, capabilities requirements, SOW, SLA) and ensures this structure is being followed by all parties
- Will participate in identifying vendor invoicing process efficiencies standards to reduce manual processing dependencies help identifying standard solutions and technology available

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.
- 4 year college degree in business, finance or related area
- Revenue Cycle Consulting or Operating experience required
- 4-10 years in provider revenue cycle sector preferred
