JOB SUMMARY This position enhances efficiencies within the Conifer Core Outcomes Optimization by enhancing the product, developing training, and collaborating with Conifer Care Continuum Solutions senior staff, Senior Medical Director, and VBC Product Teams. This position will serve to bridge gaps within the Conifer Core Outcomes Optimization system usage and current content to better serve all system users. Also, this position is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance and support of the Conifer Cares Outcomes Optimization product clinical content and guidelines. This individual will have the greatest knowledge of clinical content utilized in the clinician desktop application and will be used as a resource when prioritizing and resolving issues with regard to clinical content guidelines and imbedded editor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Others may be assigned. - Lead the design,creation, annual review, and maintenance of question/protocol guidelines per established nationally accepted medical guidelines. Includes ensuring compliance with URAC standards and VBC Policies and Procedures.
- Strategize with Senior Management to ensure products are innovative and successful. Includes supporting corporate initiatives that maintain and improve the quality of Conifer Core Outcomes Optimization.
- Lead the maintenance of content credibility with the Conifer Cares Outcomes Optimization products.
- Serve as liaison between clinical product teams, CFIA and external client to optimize CCOO capabilities
- Support the Clinical Advisory Team with establishing clinical best practice within the system and responsible for documentation of best practice methodology
- Responsible for obtaining Medical Director review and sign off of new clinical content guidelines.
- Assist with staff training material. Includes initial new hire orientation, ongoing education, approving education resources, and guiding staff towards consistency and excellence.
- Responsible for establishing processes and timelines for content updates.
- Oversee, establish and maintain process for communicating content update to internal staff and clients.
- Lead the demonstration of clinical product capabilities for potential new clients

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job. - Minimum of a Bachelor�s Degree is required, Master�s Degree Preferred or equivalent clinical experience
- 5-10 years of clinical care experience required. Must have extensive knowledge of care management processes.
- Prior knowledge of clinical systems and technology preferred
- Demonstrated experience in customer facing presentations and/or negotiations
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE Include minimum certification required to perform the job. - Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN License in state of residence
