The Product Support Specialist provides end-to-end support answering complex questions and troubleshooting issues for Conifer Products via the internet and email.This position is responsible for taking full ownership of all support related issues, questions and problems which include primary support liaison between clients and internal resources.This includes the coordination of application modifications, fixes and enhancements to the product.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to work independently and manage workload based on priority of the issue or problem
Responsible for troubleshooting complex user applications, problems, and managing the full life cycle process until resolution is established
Resolve client questions and issues in the areas of system configuration/setup, product functionality
Keep clients informed of how and when problems will be resolved
Assist in pre-release and quality assurance testing in preparation for major enhancements and product releases
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
General PC knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
High level verbal and written communications skills
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization as well as with all divisions/groups within the organization and with external clients
Analytical and critical thinking skills, strong deductive logic
Ability to demonstrate a high level of personal initiative, prioritization, and organizational skills.
The ability to use clinical, medical and technical knowledge of Conifer products, systems and documentation to research answers for problem resolution strongly preferred
Must have an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges while always thinking about improving the overall customer experience.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelorï¿½s Degree in Information Systems Management, Finance, Business Management or other relevant combination of training and experienced.
At least 1 to 2 years of help desk or customer service related experience
Must be able to work in sitting position, use computer and answer telephone
Ability to travel
